Please note items of body jewellery cannot be worn and this is a strict liability rule. Jewellery items that involve piercings are not allowed to be returned at any store and therefore the same rule applies here, it is for your safety and hygiene so please respect this. However, returns are accepted only if they are return in its original form, inside a stapled clear bag. If we find this is not the case, we will issue a partial refund to cover the loss of the used item.

Your order will be dispatched within 1 or 2 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) Our cut off time is 12pm and you should expect to receive it two to three days after dispatch (for orders sent RM 1st Class). RM 2nd class items do take longer (4-5 working days)
We try to keep our prices low and therefore offer 2nd class postage as a reasonable option.
