Compatibility

•  The buyer must ensure that the purchased item is compatible with their application/targeted use.

 Payment

• We accept PAYPAL payment and (all major credit cards accepted through PAYPAL)
• For PAYPAL customers, we ship to confirmed address ONLY. (No exception)
• Payment must be received within 5 days after close of auction. Unpaid auction will be forfeited after seven days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
• Florida Residents must add 7% sales tax.

 Shipping & Handling

1. All products will be shipped from North America warehouse.
2. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to every country may have different time schedule on custom clearing which may take longer/shorter time to inspect your products. And also the price of item in this listing is FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid. That means seller pays and bears freight charges, and buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery. We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
3. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
4. Tracking number will be emailed once your order is complete and ship out.
5. Buyer must make sure that the shipping address provided is accurate and correct.     
   
   

Warranty & Returns

1. Our items are covered by 1 year manufacturer warranty.
   The warranty only covers failure due to defects in material and workmanship by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage due to everyday usage.
2. You may return merchandise purchased from us for a refund or a replacement.
3. All product returns requires a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. The RMA number should be written on your returning package. Please contact us via email to request RMA number.
4. All returned items for a refund/credit should be in its original, "re-sellable" condition and are subject to inspection. A returned item must be received in “New” condition. Re-sellable condition means the item is in its original condition, with no scratches, marks, or blemishes. We cannot accept any returned items that have been installed, altered or modified in any way. Determination of items returned in re-sellable condition is at the sole discretion of the seller.
5. We follow eBay’s 30 days return policy. Items should be returned within 30 days from the order date to receive a refund.
6. Items should be returned within 30 days from the received date for an exchange or replacement.
7. 20% restocking fee is applied to any non-defective returns for a refund.
8. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
9. All shipping-related claims should be made within 3 calendar days after the date of receipt.
10. Accessories and Expendables will not be covered under the warranty nor accepted for exchange or returns.
