An original 1791 letter to French Consul Joseph Letombe with ink stamp.  Monsieur Letombe obviously worked and socialized with most of America's leaders such as Thomas Jefferson.  Port-au-Prince is mentioned in this letter and I believe the French Navy.  The ink is obviously clear and in great shape.  It is letter size and when folder over measures approximately 9 x 7 1/8 inches.  Thanks for looking.
