All orders are shipped via standard postal services. International orders are shipped by Airmail. All items are shipped from the UK. We are aware sometimes items may take longer to get delivered and this is due to Postal Services who sometimes fail to deliver on time. Postal Services guidelines state we should allow 15 working days for UK orders and 28 days for international orders from the date of dispatch before an item is considered lost. 1) Demuch offers a 14 day money back guarantee for all goods that are unopened and unused. All parts and packing must be returned within 14 days of receipt at buyers own expense. Original postage charge will not be refunded and for some items a 15 % re-stocking fee may apply.
We recommend that all items are sent back via tracked delivery as Demuch will not responsible for missing items.
2) Items that have manufactures fault or damages upon receipt must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt. We will send out a replacement if possible or offer a refund.
3) If a wrong item is received, the item must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and we will send out the correct item or refund. We will also refund the cost of postage. Please contact us via email prior to sending back the item for ref no.
