THIS SIMILAR to ZIP-ZAP's of 20 years later where
you put car on controller to charge it.......VERY
ahead of the times for this item, of which should work...!
but just like what killed the zipzaps is a small rechargable
batt. in car corrodes on ends & loses contact...& wont accept charge,
IF
that batt. could be cleaned on ends OR even replaced ?? this
lil scrambler could WORK again...........!!
