This banknote was created by renown French graphic artist Mr. Frank Medina creator of Kamberra, Equatorial Territories and South Pacific States.  All banknotes are designed and crafted by Mr. Medina himself and are copyright protected. Each banknote has its own unique serial number and a variety of security features. All banknotes are limited issues and are retired after a brief period of issue.
