 The suffix does not matter. EXAMPLE: K181 is the same as a K181s and so on.
 If you are buying over size piston the machine shop must have the piston before they can bore the cylinder. If they try and bore your cylinder before they have your new piston, GO to a different machine shop because they do not know what they are doing.
 1. Take block to machine shop so they can measure the cylinder and they will tell you what size to purchase. 
 2. Order your NEW piston and take it to the machine shop. 
 3. The machine shop measures the NEW piston and add in the tolerances then bores the cylinder according to the piston size.
 This is how it is done and you have to make sure it is done this way if you want it to be correct and last for years and years to come.
