PART # K16001 "D"

This is a version we have made for us that does not have Fatbob tank mounts and has a built in 5 or 6-speed Evo Transmission plate. Allows mounting of a custom or Sportster Frisco tank or anything you want without having to grind off existing mounts. No need to purchase an additional transmission plate for better fitment. 

RIGID FRAME FOR BIG TWIN

Stock 30D / 30 Degree Rake. Zero/0 Stretch. perfect for a Bobber build.

 These rigid frames have all the rugged good looks of those found years ago but built with the technology of the 21st century. 

Today's high output engines require the utmost frame strength, as well as good brakes.

 These Frames were designed and manufactured with both in mind. 

Made to fit Most aftermarket Harley Davidson Evo / Ecolution 1340 80" HD based motors like S&S, Revtech, Ultima, etc. 

Will also fit Panhead, Shovelhead or Big Twin Evolution with solid mount engine. A Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is included.

Twin Cam TC88 88" 1450cc "A" motor can also be used in conjunction with special rear motor mount (sold seperatly)   

1 1/2" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .188" wall tubing for backbone strength

1 1/4" O.D. Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) .120" wall tubing for cradle and tail strength

Additional clearance built-in at backbone for Evolution style engine with up to .200" taller cylinder/head length.

 Allows rear rocker box to be serviced without removal of entire engine

Will accept 5 or 6 speed Evo Style HD & Aftermarket Softail transmissions. Will not accept 4-speed transmission. 

TIG welded on all new hardened tooling for the most accurate fit possible

Dual gussets at front & rear motor mounts and at transmission mounts

For use with 130 Rear tire but can go up to 150 with chain or 140 with belt.
