We (MUNDILAR) are a company based in Aveiro, Portugal. We are sellers of high quality, low cost hunting sports equipment.

Returns:

If your item arrives/develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay. This excludes any damage caused by the user.  In these circumstances, a full refund, including return postage will be made.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage (unless faulty). We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund could be delayed.

Shipping:

All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received.

Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

European Union: Green Air Mail  – normally 3 – 7 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once CTT (Portuguese mail services) confirms the item is lost in accordance with there 'lost item policy'. This will be 20 working days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item has not arrived after 7 working days. We will advise you of other steps that can be taken to locate the item and of the 20 day 'lost item' period. 

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?
A: All items are dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. We dispatch by CTT Portuguese Mail; UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 3 to 7 working days, but The Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 3 to 7 working days, but again is not guaranteed.

Q: My Item is faulty, or I have received the wrong item?
A: We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 24hr turnaround Monday to Friday.

Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp(s)?
A: Our costs include delivery charges & packaging charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not buy any items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P, or the overall price, inc P&P. Purchasing an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.

Email response times are within 1 working day (Mon-Fri), so please only send 1 email. It will be answered. More emails just slow the response times. We always attempt to answer your emails as quickly as possible, normally within 1-4hrs during working hours.
