Payment & Shipping
Payment by PayPal only
Item(s) will be dispatched within 1 working day of receipt of the payment.
Item(s) will be shipped with a secure packaging – Please inspect the bag/box carefully before signing for delivery (when applicable).
The item(s) will be sent at your Paypal confirmed address only - If the item(s) is not successfully delivered to the address due to a lack of information (wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to us and any fees associated with the eventual re-shipping will be at your charge.
International shipping:
International Buyers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any Tax and Duties that may apply at delivery
We are very pleased to combine postage on multiple purchases, please proceed with the payment of each items and the extra postage fees will be refund within 24h.
Return & Exchange Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt prior to any return.
If an item is faulty, a full refund (including postage fees) or a replacement product will be offered with no extra postage fees.
If you no longer need the item you have bought and just wish to cancel your order, the postage fees for returning the item will be at your charge and the following rules apply:
Hosiery: items that have been opened, tried on will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
Clothes and Accessories: must be returned in perfect condition, with their original tags attached, cannot be worn, washed or altered in any.
Underwear: No returns will be accepted on underwear due to hygienic reasons
