Although we ship very fast we do not guarantee a specific date or day for delivery as that is in the hand of the Royal Mail or the delivery company as used. There is no special Delivery service or courier service on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays

- We offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee for all goods shipped correctly that are not required. If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.
- Returns for refund are only accepted if buyer get the wrong item or item is damaged in the delivery process. Buyer must notify us within 24 Hrs or item arrival and return the item within 5 working days. Replacement item is sent back to buyer on the same working day as returned item is received. If replacement item is not available full refund will be issued instantly. We pay return postage cost if item is being returned because of our fault.
- If buyer want to return the item for refund, buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Refund will be issued after deducting the P&P Cost.
- Always retain Certificate of Proof of Postage from post office when you return the item for exchange or refund.
- Refund for all the lost items will be issued immediately once Royal Mail Confirms item is lost on delivery. Buyers are requested to wait patiently on this hard time until we get response from the Royal Mail. It may take maximum of 2 weeks to get reply from Royal Mail, once we claim for the lost item. You may require providing with signature to confirm that you and none of the residence of your house have not received the item.
When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible. |
