Our fabric has industrial sizing on it. The fabric will arrive feeling crisp, rough, stiff; HOWEVER, laundry soap removes the sizing so that when they come out of the dryer they feel much softer. Using a liquid fabric softener also helps bring life back to the fibers.

A mitered corner is the vertical stitching that cuts off the "dog-ear" corner and finishes off the corner with a straight, vertical stitch. (It will arrive stiff but it washes up soft. Cotton sheets

will fit LARGE prior to washing. Washing before

using, is necessary because washing will make it shrink

5 inches in length and up to 3 inches in the width.
