• First install a procedure-APK on tablet pc or smart phone, ((You can find the APK in google play store by searching for Pad TV HD. Please note that your android device system must be 4.1 or higher to use Pad TV HD apk.) and inset the product of the picture.
• Channel list is empty,
• Please click 'OK button' to scan channel.
• choose your country and finally you can use ATSC TV.
