Returns will not be accepted on personalised items unless we have made a mistake so please make sure you give us the correct information.
Items are typically dispatched after 2 business days (Mon-Friday) by 1st class post or standard airmail (no tracking) or eBay's Global Shipping Programme (Tracking).
Please note that the standard international airmail option is slower and is NOT TRACKED. Items can take up to 28 days after date of dispatch as they can be delayed in customs. Buyers outside the UK looking for tracked postage may be more comfortable selecting the Global Shipping Programme option. Please do not select standard airmail and then email us looking for tracking.
Items ordered before 4pm Mon-Fri will often be dispatched next business day. Orders placed over the weekend should be dispatched by Tuesday.
