| We ship orders same day or next day depending on what time your order comes to us. All of our products are shipped by the United States Postal Service. You have a choice of First Class or Priority Mail. We ship from Crossville, TN, so First Class with take approximately 4-6 days depending on where you live. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days but it is not a guaranteed arrival estimate. Please understand that once your item leaves our warehouse we have no control over it. We can track your shipment for you and give you a status update. If this is an international shipment, please be patient. It can take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive at your destination. Especially if it is held up by customs. Do not ask us to list your purchase as a "gift." We will not falsify customs paperwork. Customs may add additional charges to your order. If you want to know ahead of time, check with your local customs office. | ||
