OUR RETURN POLICY

Item or items for return have to be in original condition as they were shipped to the customer in the first place. Clothing, Earrings can not be returned for a refund . Any other items cannot be returned if they are worn or not in original condition with the ticket and all, electronics or any other items have to be sealed unopened in the original box or packaging as they were shipped to the customer originally. Buyer needs to contact us for a return authorization within the first 14 days failure to do so will result in voiding the 30 days return if the item meets all requirements. Buyer is responsible to ship the item back at their own expense. Once the item is received back, upon our inspection, we will refund/replace the item the customer less shipping and restocking fees. Shipping fees will apply even if the listing says free shipping since we have paid to ship the item to the customer originally and just because it says free shipping on the listing it doesn't mean that the carrier will not charge us and free shipping listings basically mean that the shipping fees are factored into the profit margin of the item when it gets sold. The restocking fee is 20 percent. Once you contact us for return authorization, it might take up to 72 business hours for us to respond.
