In the interest of complete customer satisfaction please take time to read the following prior to ordering.


POSTAGE


We post items via Royal Mail unless weight, urgency or value precludes this, then we use a reliable carrier. Posted orders are usually despatched within 1 working day of placing your order, this can occasionally be a day or so longer during staff holiday times .You can usually expect your items to arrive within a few days, however Royal Mail do state that it can take up to 15 working days to deliver post, so by agreeing to buy you are accepting that it could take up to 15 working days to arrive once we have posted the item. If you haven't received it within approx 3 days (1st class)-(allow 5 for 2nd class) you may wish to contact your local sorting office. R M do not always leave a card at your delivery address and will hold the package at the sorting office for up to 2 weeks before returning it to us. (Please note; We will NOT contact your local post office) Royal Mail do not class a package as lost until 15 working days after dispatch and we DO NOT resend packages. .We will supply proof of postage to enable you to claim from Royal Mail. Every parcel we send through the postal system goes over a post office counter, weighed , sized and receipted by a post office official. Undelivered parcels by Royal Mail do occur, please bear this in mind.  Please do not email us advising of non-delivery until 15 working days after you are notified of despatch (check your ebay).  For more details visit  Royal Mail website. (Not applicable to 24/48 hour courier service).  Please be patient and understanding as we have no control over Royal Mails actions! ALL our mailed out items have certificated proof of postage and each package carries “return to” address label.  If any item you order is required within a specific time we do suggest you pay the extra charge for express delivery service. Please contact us if you need a specific price for a service.  Our feedback regularly refers to our quick service, this is our standard, so if Royal Mail do not perform as they should, rest assured we have! We are proud of our service and we apply our service ethos to every order we receive.


 Items shipped by carrier (collect+ or TNT for example) are tracked and delivered to your door and need to be signed for. Typically these can take between 1 and 4 working days depending on service used.


 We go to great lengths to ensure all goods are well packaged so they arrive complete and undamaged. We do not accept claims for empty packets, part goods missing from packets etc as they are all checked thoroughly before despatch. We suggest you claim directly to Royal Mail if you suspect the packaging has been tampered with. All delivery rates quoted are for UK mainland only as defined by Royal Mail and Recognised Carriers. Islands, highlands, Isles, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland can be subject to a surcharge. Please email us or await a revised invoice.


FEEDBACK


  Feedback is very important to us and we appreciate your 5 star positive feedback and we will of course reciprocate. If you feel you are unable to leave 5 star positive feedback because either our service or products have not met your expectations, please email us first and let us know why you were not completely satisfied. We work hard to provide a high level of service. We do report buyers who we deem unreasonable in their claims and demands.


RETURNS


Should you wish to return an item we request you contact us in the first instance by email to explain why you wish to return the item. If it has been purchased in error, or is not required FOR ANY REASON, we will issue a refund providing it is unused, undamaged and unopened and in its original packaging, we deduct 15% from the purchase price as a restocking /handling charge. The handling charge will not apply if there is a significant material difference from the listing description / manufactures description to what we have supplied. (PLEASE NOTE –with clothing or fabrics a colour shade or slight difference in size is not a significant material difference – do not rely on picture images for exact colour replication as pixel resolution varies!) You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own expense, once received and checked a refund will be given.  In the case of clothing or footwear that does not fit, please advise us if it is too big or small and we will recommend and send an alternative size. If we do not have the size we will offer an alternative product, if we have one, or a refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. BEFORE ORDERING CLOTHING OR FOOTWEAR WE DO RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS OVER SIZING-COLOUR ETC -WE WOULD RATHER GET IT RIGHT 1st TIME THAN YOU GUESSING AND INCURRING RETURN EXPENSES. WE ARE HAPPY TO MEASURE GARMENTS FOR YOU.


If ANY item is damaged or faulty in any way and you believe the damage did or did not occur during transit please contact us immediately and email a picture via ebay to us that clearly shows the damage. Failure to follow this easy procedure will result in delays in resolving the issue.  We will then decide what action to take. In all cases we will try to get a speedy and satisfactory resolution for both parties. In the event of items arriving with damaged packaging please ensure you do not sign accepting the item is in good condition. Your claim may be revoked if you have signed to say it was in good condition and undamaged! We only offer partial refunds in exceptional circumstances.  If an item is returned and is found not to be faulty ( it may be operator error or incorrect assembly for example)we will issue a refund less handling charge and postage. Any item that is damaged and the damage has been caused by the buyer- by incorrect use –over tightening-dropping the item etc, we will not provide a refund. Be honest with yourself and us and we will try and help you if we can. We are proud of the service we provide to our customers, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you need help and advice with your purchase.


LISTINGS


We try and ensure each listing has a fair and true description, this is usually as per the manufactures details. For branded items we suggest you go directly to the manufacturer’s web site if you require a more detailed specification, sizes, weights etc, particularly if you are unfamiliar with the product you are buying. As the supplier we can sometimes take for granted that you are familiar with the product and the terminology used in describing it! Pictures are for illustration purposes only – please do not assume the picture is of the exact listing-we do use library pictures to illustrate what the item looks like - the listing will specify what is being offered for sale. If you have any doubts please contact us ,we want every transaction to be in the spirit that ebay shopping was intended for- an honest and transparent buyer/seller  experience. No “try’ers on” please!
