1.
I have been in the Jewelry business for about
10 years; my primary goal is for each and every buyer to feel satisfied with
their purchase!
2.
Pictures are of the actual items you will
receive, unless multiples are listed in the same listing.
3.
Jewelry is magnified for detail!
4.
If listed as estate or pre-owned; any dates
given 1900s, vintage, Victorian, Edwardian are simply approximations based on
design and there are no guarantees on dates unless specifically stated. The
materials have been tested to make sure they are genuine! If the items are
listed as gold filled or plate, it is possible that they can be one or the
other. Vintage and antique jewelry may not be marked and if stated, as gold
they have been tested. If the metal content is not stated there will be no
guarantees.
5.
Listings that have stone names, Aquamarine,
Garnet, Diamond, Amethyst, etc are guaranteed authentic, if a stone is in the
pictures but is not described with a specific name there is no guarantee as to
what the stone is. stones could be, glass, plastic, crystal, gemstone, natural
stone, or something else if not said.
6.
Pendants I sell do come with the chains shown
in photos unless stated in the description!
7.
Items may show blemishes typically unseen
with the naked eye!
8.
Some damage may not be seen or pictured.
Vintage, antique, used, preowned jewelry all have the chance of having minor
damage, like scratches, wear to the stone, repair marks, or something else. If
major damage, large chips in stones, large cracks in the metal, items not working,
are not pictured or described, that is a mistake on my part and I will take a
return at my expense, or give a partial refund if you would still like to keep
it.
9.
I do not offer returns to make sure that
buyers don’t use the return system to look but not buy, I lose potential sale
from that, but do accept most returns with good reason. If you do not like the
item, please write me and tell me why. People do make mistakes and if you
thought it was something different then it is or just don’t like it, I am usually
willing to take a return, less the shipping. If I have made a mistake in the
listing I will take a return at my cost, or work with you on the price.
10.
If the item is damaged in your possession I
will not be able to resell it therefor I will not be able to take a return.
11.
All pieces do not come with any paperwork
unless stated and therefore any gemstone enhancements cannot be verified
12.
I do my best to describe my items as
accurately as possible. Grading and
quality are subjective, please use the photographs provided to establish your
own assessments.
13.
Diamond grading is not an exact science.
Human judgment plays an important role in grading a diamond. No two diamonds
are alike. They may have the same type of flaws but differ widely in how they
appear to a naked eye. Hence, Diamond grading is an opinion. Considering these
factors there will always be a 1-2 grade opinion difference.
14.
Photos are best way to describe an item,
please look at the photos carefully to tell what you are buying. Colors in
photos may vary from monitor to monitor. Photos are enlarged to show details so
that you can inspect the item listed.
15.
I reserve the right to cancel your bid or
purchase if necessary.
16.
All payments must be received by me within 3
days, unless an extension is agreed to
17.
After payment I will ship the item out within
2 days.
18.
I ship the United States and use eBays global
shipping program. If you are outside the United States and do not see a price
for shipping on my item, it means that eBays program does not allow shipping of
that item to you and I will not be able to send it, so please do not ask what
the shipping price will be to a place outside the US because I will not answer.
EBays program sets the prices outside the US and I do not have any control of
it, please keep that in mind.

shipping address and I can not generate a shipping label through E-bay, and
will have to cancel your purchase.
