This bag was used less than three times and was purchased in France while I was on vacation in Paris. There is a slight water mark on the right side of the strap that can be seen in the picture. It can be cleaned at any Hermes boutique. It has one exterior zipper pocket and three interior open pockets. The front closure is a thumb and fore finger squeeze lock that is really nifty. The strap is adjustable
