• Please note: If you placed your order with free freight, your money will be refunded minus the initial freight cost incurred by Savage Mx. This freight cost will be calculated fairly, using the Australia Post calculator. Before sending your items back, please contact us and we can advise of the freight amount to be deducted from the refund. The buyer is also responsible for organising (and paying for) the freight of the return.
• Please use due diligence in checking hard parts for correct fitment before removing from packaging. Items, like chains, will not be accepted once they have been removed from their packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging.
• Savage Mx Co is open Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM AEST excluding public holidays, all emails and messages are replied to during those hours.
• Savage Mx send items out daily at 11:00AM AEST Monday to Friday excluding Victorian public holidays. If your order is placed at 11:02AM it will be sent out the next business day.
• Please check your VIN for model and year, this is the purchasers responsibility
• All returns aside from manufacturing defects will need to be in the same condition as when it was sent, no ripped or opened packaging, no greasy marks on items, no scratches or soiling’s of any kind.
• We will not send out a replacement item until the original item is received for buyer error, we recommend that you purchase the correct item from us and we will refund the incorrect part when it is received in original condition.
• The buyer pays return post when they have made an error. The buyer will also be responsible for return postage so the buyer must include a return envelope where exchange of product is requested.
• Savage Mx Co will pay return post if it is our error in fitment or description
• All returns are processed through eBay
• If you have an issue with your item please contact us through eBay and accompanying pictures and other information will most likely be required.
• Your item will be sent via Auspost, there will be a tracking number listed with your eBay item and it will also be emailed to your Paypal email address. We cannot control Auspost delivery times. It is also the buyers responsibility to keep track of items location and collect from post office.
• We will only send items to the address listed on Ebay.
• Pick up is not available on any of our items
• Savage Mx Co is not responsible for incidental costs from item error or delayed delivery, if you choose to buy a part elsewhere due to late delivery or incorrect fitment we will not incur this cost.
• All of our items are listed to the best of our knowledge however we may make honest mistakes. Savage Mx Co are not responsible for buyer assumptions.
• Items not paid for within 7 days will be cancelled.
