Our Fence Erection Teams are fully, trained in all types of fence erection and are constantly updating their Health & Safety Training. The Company takes an extremely responsible attitude towards this area of modern day working life having recently achieved various Health & Safety Accreditation’s.
The Sales office Team, have many years of extensive fencing experience and are ready to assist you in deciding which product would be right for the application you have in mind. Our Field Representatives make Free site inspections to make sure we give you, our valued Customers the keenest possible quotations based on accurate informative assessments.

We use a few couriers for our goods and try to use the best in the trade to bring you the service you deserve.

Friday at 11.30 your goods will be with you on Monday (unless a bank holiday then it will be Tuesday)

Returns
All goods are checked and sent with the highest attention to detail. But we are very aware that from time to time damage or faults can happen.
If this is the case, we would ask that you contact us within 3 working days to arrange a return. We may ask for images prior to returning goods, as we may find it is not worth shipping back to us.
Please also note:
If your item is being delivered and has obvious signs of damage, we ask that you refuse the delivery at the door, do not sign or except damaged goods please.
If you open the goods and find damage or faults, please contact us instantly, use your order number, which can be found top right of your invoice so we can find your details quickly and deal with your case effectively.
- We ask that you do this within 3 working days
- We ask that you have had the goods for no longer than 30 days, and the purchase has developed a fault.
- We can only except returns within the stated period of time.
- We will ask for images or other evidence of the fault.
- We will always look into every case and deal with it fairly.
- Where a new product can replace the damaged or faulty goods we will do so.
If a product is unavailable then we shall refund the initial purchase price plus the postage.
