Black enamel slightly in relief , convexed plaque , lacks of enamel , scratches , stains , oxidation , paint and / or kind of cement. Holes for the screws . The color can slightly differ due to lighting . Size (about) : 5.87 x 7.87 inches ( 14.9 x 20 cm).
Some plaques come from old shops and were never used whereas others were used on wall houses. I call " Antique plaques " very old plaques and " vintage plaques " from after the mid-century.
