All of our parts are in good usable condition unless otherwise stated, if something is listed as   " Parts" this means parts are missing and or there is some sort of damage, so look at the pics to see.  The damage or parts that may be missing, if for some reason you say the part

does not fit we need  Your vin# or motor number to determine whether it is are fault or yours, if this is our fault we will pay Shipping both ways and of course give a full refund or get you the right part,

Also if you call ups you can in most cases, You can pick up your item right from ups centers, this also works the same with the USPS Thanks.
