The Footed serving tray has a diameter of approximately 12 1/2" and stands 2 1/4" tall to the rim.  The saucers have a diameter of 3 3/4".  The cups stand 1 3/8" tall and have a top diameter of 2 1/2".  
The bottoms of the saucer and cups are Marked "INDUSTRIA ARGENTINA".    I do not see a manufacturer's mark on the tray.
