Wonderful fine art, rare teapot, made in England. This Moorland Staffordshire teapot is marked and has artist initials glazed in on the underside,  depicts a covered wagon with a  cowboy figure hanging out the back of the wagon which forms the handle and the spout is the head of the horse with the hole in the mouth.

The lid lifts off and the finale of the lid is in the shape of 2 arrows and flames.

The teapot measures 25cm (L) x 18cm (H) x 10cm (D).

Bright colours and skilful painting make it delightful to study. This charming pot is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. It measures 6.5" high X 9.5" wide from handle to spout

I HAVE OTHER  TEAPOTS SO PLEASE TAKE A  LOOK OR ASK IF YOU CANNOT FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

All china or glass will be bubble wrapped for posting; care will be taken to ensure item arrives intact.

Teapots are marked as used as previous owned but have not be used, only for display propose unless it is stated.

Price is based on the condition of item, higher prices will be for pristine condition items and how rare they are with , please bear this in mind when comparing against a lesser priced item.

Overseas bidders may not be able to bid unless contact is made, once P&P charges have been agreed, any block can be removed so  bidding can occur. This has happen on occasions so please bear this in mind or you may miss out.

Please read this before bidding as it is the terms of a sale.

Once an auction has finished, items will be made ready for dispatch as I live in a small property and room is limited I need to get items dispatched as quickly as possible so payment is expected at the end of the auction unless you contact me before bidding or within 24 hours to make arrangements please. Happy to wait longer  as long as  I am informed.

Items will be dispatched the day after payment, if payment is made by 8:00 am on that day, if not the next working day.    I always inform the buyer item has been dispatched.

P&P is for Postage and Packaging not just for postage- also

Sellers  now have to  pay eBay  charges on the Postage & Packing costs too as well as the cost of the item

If You Object To This, Please Register Your Complaint Direct To eBay And Not By Applying Low 'Detailed Seller Ratings' in Feedback,
as eBay Will Not Notice It Otherwise and it is not the seller’s fault we are have to incur this.
Thank you.

so I need to include those charges in P&P.

Please ask about discount on  P&P on more than one transaction  as I will always try and do the best to accommodate.  Due to Ebay system of freezing all money on multi sales to the same buyer, each item will need to be paid for separately sadly.

I am happy to send on receipt for the buyer to make a claim if item is not received. Once it has left me I cannot be held responsible.  Proof of posting always retained.  Courier items are tracked.

International buyers, please note I perhaps to send items signed & tracked for rather than normal airmail  for both parties sake. Overseas buyer may need to supply a phone number if item needs to be shipped by a courier without it they will not accept bookings so item will not be able to be shipped so please ensure you supply phone number.

I try to be as accurate as possible in my description, if you feel it is misleading then please contact me within three days of receipt of your item.  Always happy to try and resolve any problems. Mistakes do happen. Any other issues please contact me within 7 days Please contact me before leaving feedback. Be fair.

 Late or non-payers.

I will send a reminder  24 hours after item has ended and wait another 24 hours for a response.   It is vital you contact me if you need a longer time to pay, straight away.

Unpaid item will have an unpaid case opened after 2 days after 4 days non payers will have a strike against them if contact is not made.  I will relist item and block buyer from buying from me again if the above is not followed.

For those of you that allow others access to your account that (includes children and pets.), you are liable to pay for the item ( I’ve heard some stories)

Sadly a few bidders do behaviour in this way that has caused me to take this action.

I'm sorry but I don't accept home collections, due to people not turning up when arranged. Unless the item is very heavy, these items will state on listings so please don’t ask as I do not want to offend.

Feedback is important to everyone. I am happy to leave positive feedback on successful transactions.

Happy bidding and thank you for looking.
