RAINBOW JET FUEL Titanium Sprocket Bolt and Nut Kit by Flo Motorsports Dirtbike

6 Bolts and Nuts INCLUDED. Made from Grade 5 Titanium. Almost half he weight of stock bolt kit. Will work with most Big Japanese and European dirt bikes GR5 (6AL/4V) Titanium - Perfect for strength, weight and quality. Weight saving of approx. 45% over steel with the best quality available. All titanium is not created equal, though. In addition to pure titanium, there are many titanium alloys, the properties of which vary greatly depending on their unique composition. Titanium is generally broken up into four distinct groups: unalloyed titanium; alpha structure; alpha beta structure; and beta structure. Each possesses different properties and therefore serves the needs of different applications and industries. By far the most common of the titanium alloys is titanium Grade 5. It is classified as an alpha-beta alloy, and consists of 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, and trace amounts of iron. This Titanium alloy is also often referred to as Ti 6AI-4V. There are many reasons why grade 5 is so commonly used, including its exceptional strength—it is much stronger than commercially-pure titanium, but possesses the same stiffness and thermal properties pure titanium is known for. Additionally, it is heat-treatable, making it ideal for many manufacturing applications. The fact that it is easily welded and fabricated, while offering high strength and corrosion resistance, makes it easy to see why it is the most common titanium alloy in the world. Titanium grade 5 is also able to withstand a range of environmental factors, including seawater, and can withstand temperatures up to nearly 800°F. Additional advantages include good fatigue resistance, low thermal expansion, high strength-to-weight ratio, and low modulus of elasticity.

Flo Motorsports is dedicated to make the most unique yet highly durable product available on the market. Our products are built to withstand years of use and we stand behind our products 100% for quality and workmanship. Flo Motorsports currently as of 2018 has the leading patented design for unbreakable Clutch and Brake Levers. At our Factory we test our product in the real world, with endless hours of testing product on our own bikes in the Arizona Desert we make sure we are always on the move to make our product stronger, more unique and affordable to the consumer.

With our unique design and top quality German Grade Forged 7075 T6 Alloy Flo Motorsports foot pegs are some of the strongest pegs available on the market. 7075 T6 Alloy is a high strength true ‘aircraft’ aluminum alloy. Its typical yield strength (73 KSI in the T6 condition) is comparable to certain steels giving the alloy a remarkably high strength-to-weight ratio. In fact, it’s worth noting that its specific strength is comparable to that of 6Al-4V Grade 5 Titanium. 7075 is roughly 2-3 times more expensive than 6061. For this reason, it is not as commonly used.

These pegs are used by some of the top Athletes and teams in the world. Our pegs are used by Factory Supercross teams like CTR Motorsports (Yamaha) , Rockwell Race team (Yamaha), Skvi , Cycle Gear Team, Colby Raha, Haiden Deegan, Brian Deegan, Talon Hawkins, Preston Boespflug and many more. Foot pegs are possibly the most over looked parts on a bike but one of the most important parts. No matter how much power your bike makes, it means nothing if there is no control of the bike . You probably haven't given much consideration to you're footpegs before, but pretty much all professional AMA supercross , motorcross and off-road riders ride go with aftermarket footpegs for a wider platform, more grip and overall control of the bike .
