1. We accept Credit Cards, Paypal, and other methods of payment. Just let us know how you would like to pay upon winning. All credit cards must be run through our store terminal so please contact us.
2. We require an email from ALL zero feedback users prior to bidding.
3. Your bid is a legally binding contract.
4. Please pay within 48 hours of auction end- we are very accomodating- if you have a problem- please contact us.
5. If an item is damaged in shipping- please keep all packing materials and contact us immediately so we can file a claim.
6. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship to the Russian Federation due to a high rate of theft.
7. Due to new USPS guidelines- certain countries will not accept USPS packages over 42". If that is the case, we can remove the neck or, if it is a set/neck-thru we can ship Fedex International for an additional charge.
8. Flat rate shipping is for continental USA only- all other territories will be calculated..
9. NY residents to pay sales tax- we don't 'charge' it- we just 'collect' it...
