This is the WiFi module from a brand new Samsung model UN65JU6700FXZA, version TS08, that suffered a cracked screen during shipping from the factory.  TV was tested for operation, boards were then professionally removed.  This is also used on model UN55JS8500FXZA, but on that model does not have the black plastic holder, and on model UN65JU7500FXZA, with the plastic holder, and on model UN55JU6700FXZA.
