This is a brand new with tags Biscotti Dress.  Beautiful fancy dress has satin like bodice with pink, blue and white corsage style flowers with crystal centers all across front and layers of pastel pink, white and blue tulle ruffles on skirt.  Buttons down neck back.  So Pretty!   One spot on the front has a small section of ruffle that came unstitched, but will be easy to fix.
