**Combined Postage** We combine shipping on all our items.  As the automatic calculation does not always remain accurate we always refund any excess postage charges after posting.  To obtain combined postage directly; Please click to buy each tile and quantity you would like WITHOUT paying for them, you do this by clicking 'Continue shopping'.  We are then able to send you a revised Ebay invoice showing combined postage.

**Bulk orders** Please contact us directly with the number of tiles required and which designs you prefer.  We will then check stock and get postage estimates as appropriate.

** Pick Up** In store pick up is available for free in Daylesford on Saturdays and Sundays.

**Shipping** We post with Australia Post or Courier. 

**Insurance** We have been selling and sending tiles all over Australia for many years.  We take great care to ensure your order will arrive to you safely.  For your information: Australia Post is not ensured, recommended for smaller quantities or short distances.  Courier is insured and is recommended for larger bulk accounts and delivery to other states.
