Item Description This exceptional item is hand crafted by one of one of Tasmania's finest wood workers. The base is made from Tasmanian Blackheart Sassafras timber whilst the discs are made from Genuine Tassie Huon Pine. The Hanoi Tower Game/Puzzle rules are simple (directions included): You simply transfer the discs from one end post to the other so they wind up in the same order (largest to smallest). You can only move one disc at a time without placing a larger disc on top of a smaller one. As you may guess- it is much more difficult than it sounds. This puzzle can be used as a beautiful focal piece in your home or office. It makes a great "conversation piece" and is also fun to play. We do have this game in various Tasmania Timbers. Combined Orders If you are interested in multiple items, we are happy to combine into one order. 1- You can purchase all items without paying. We will calculate the postage/handling fees and send you an invoice listing all items and one postage/handling fee. We will process your order once payment is received. 2- You can purchase and pay for all of our items. We will endeavour to (unless otherwise instructed) package all items together and post in the most economic way. If possible we will then refund any additional postage/handling fees that were received and send you a message stating the amount refunded. Shipping/Handling Policy We pride ourselves with fast and safe shipping. Most orders received Mon-Fri by 4:00pm are dispatched the next working day. Otherwise we get them posted as quickly as possible. We tend to use Australia Post for most orders because of their prompt and reliable delivery record. All purchased items are expertly packaged. Any breakables are securely bubble wrapped and packed with an ample supply of soft packaging material. We also clearly mark these parcels as "Fragile" prior to dispatch. International Orders Yes- we do have worldwide shipping available. The best way to accomplish this is to contact us before purchasing. We will need to know what item(s) you are interested in and the country where they will be delivered. We will inform you of the postage/handling fees for both tracked and untracked postage. Although the option with tracking is more expensive- we strongly recommend it. Once advised by you, we will send you an invoice with the correct international shipping/handling fees and will process the order once payment is received. Returns We do accept the return of purchased items as per Australian Regulations. 1- If your item is received damaged in any way it is vital that you photograph the outside of the original packaging as you received it along with damaged product. You will then need you to send us the images so that we determine if the fault is with Australia Post's handling of the parcel or in our packaging process. Once this has been established we will promptly contact you with our options to correct the problem. Our desire will always be your satisfaction with our products and service. 2- If you are in any other way unhappy with your purchase we will do whatever is justifiably within our power to rectify the situation. We ask that you are upfront and honest with us and we will address any concerns on a case-by-case basis. Please note that returned items need to be posted at the buyer's expense and arrive in the original packaging and condition prior to any partial or full refund of the item cost.
