Model of the WWII German Kfz.9 18ton Famo half-track recovery vehicle with early spade but without tilt cover. Nearly 2500 of these huge vehicles were built between 1938 and 1944 by Famo, Vomag and Tatra. This variant was designed as a recovery vehicle to tow Panzer III & IVs either individually or in tandem, although it did require three of these to tow a Tiger!

Our model depicts the variant fitted with an earth spade to assist with static recovery and has separate tilt covers..

These models are imported from Milicast in the United Kingdom and are first quality.
