PLEASE NOTE: Please check the IC CODE of your original remote.

Programming instructions 

  1. Press & hold the two top buttons on the remote (A & B) for about 3 seconds until the light flashes quickly.
  2. Place the replacement remote and your original remote as close to each other as possible. 
  3. Simultaneously press a button on your original remote and one of the buttons on the replacement remote and hold them until the blue light on the replacement remote flashes steadily. The light will first flash 3 times quickly, then stops for a second and then flashes steadily when cloned successfully. 
  4. Programming is now complete. To reset the remote simply start again with step 1.

Who pays for return shipping costs?
Return postage costs will be at your expense.
As we are not liable for the loss of an item being returned we recommend that you return it using registered mail.
What happens if my item is lost, damaged, incorrect or faulty?
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to assist in arranging a refund, repair or replacement. 
For items that arrive broken or damaged, you will need to provide us with a photograph of the defective item at the time of notification.  
What if I accidentally bought the wrong item?
If you accidentally purchase a product and would like to return or exchange it, you must return it to us in accordance with the procedure stated above. Return postage costs for incorrect items will be at your expense and you will be refunded the full purchase price of the item less the original shipping cost.
When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed immediately upon approval of your refund request.
