All of our items are free post and are dispatched from here within the UK via Royal Mail 1st Class within 24 hours or less (Monday to Friday Excluding Bank Holiday's). This usally takes 1-2 days to arrive with you, however this can fluctuate, especially during busy periods such as Christmas and bank holidays, where postal times could be a little longer.

If your item has not arrived and appears to be lost within the Royal Mail postal system please let us know via the eBay messaging service. We will confirm your address details and either issue you a full refund or post you a replacement, if the item is still in stock.

Returns: We adhere to eBay's return policy of 30 days should you not be 100% satisifed with your item. A full refund will be issued; however please note customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item in its full and original condition, with tags attached if applicable.
