The photos taken are right after injection. In some cases, the wax and the spruce might separate during shipping. You can easily reattach the wax spruce or in some cases you might want to use your own spruce.Please contact us for instructions on how to do this (your caster might do this for you as well). By making this purchase you agree and acknowledge that the wax could become separated from the spruce and you agree that this does unfortunately not constitute a reason for a return. As long as the wax patterns design remains intact, it does not need to look exactly like the photos with the spruce attached. We understand that this is an inconvenience and you're welcome to contact us with your comments and suggestions.
We use both blue and green wax when we take the initial photos of the wax patterns (used in the listings). We can use a different color to inject the new batch. Both colors, and even other colors, can be casted the same way and will produce the same result. By making this purchase you agree that the wax patterns does not have to be the exact color as the one seen on this listing.
