| CONDITION OF ITEMS: | Unless stated otherwise, all china and crystal we sell is free of chips, cracks, stains, and clouding. Stainless will have some use marks, unless stated as "NEW". Assume some scratches unless we say it is mint. Most pieces we sell are secondhand items, not new. The backstamps and close-up shots we use tend to be generic to the pattern and not necessarily from the actual piece----IF IT MATTERS TO YOU, YOU NEED TO ASK. |

| SHIPPING CHARGES | Ground Insured Professional Packing and Shipping to lower 48 States. Items are insured up to $100.00 automatically. Please ask questions if you are unsure of something They normally set the package on your doorstep. If you need SIGNATURE REQUIRED, it is a $3.00 fee. NO PERSONAL PICKUPS. PO Boxes, AK, HI, PR, APO's, FPO's, and AE's add $5.00 to cover additional costs Special Shipping Arrangements and International charges are actual shipping cost plus $5.00 packing and handling charge.
