We have found from personal experience through our customers in dealing with other sellers that some have been known to install poor quality and sometimes incorrect cells to cut costs. Some have even been built incorrectly which can cause a liability to your system.
• 2-Year Warranty included when faulted core SPS is returned. A prepaid return label is included with your purchase. Simply put bad unit in that same box, attach return label and send back.

• Most orders are processed 1-2 business days after payments are received. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
• Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling.
• Any item that receives damage during transit should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packing materials and we will have the carrier recollect the package and send you a new one at our expense.
• Any shipment that is refused by a customer is subject to the same return policy as if it was returned after receiving it.
• A telephone number is required for all shipments.
