This is a Panduit model NKP5E88MBU NetKey Cat 5e punchdown jack.  The jack is still brand new and sealed in the plastic baggie.  The baggie has some normal light wear and tear from age and handling though nothing which would effect the contents.  The baggie style you receive may be different than the one shown here in the pictures though there will be no difference in brand, model number, bar code, or the jack itself.  Please ask if there are any questions.  If purchasing outside of the US please be aware that import taxes may be charged by your Post Office & are the buyer's responsibility to pay.  (Please do not ask me to declare this as a gift with a low value on the Customs forms).
