1. What you going to need to unlock the phone?

  • Patience
  • Windows Computer (MacOS not supported).
  • Internet Connection (10mb and up preferably).
  • Teamviewer and the remote unlock software attached in the bottom of the description.

  • Before you make your purchase please contact us here first.

  • After you make your purchase please Install TeamViewer Software and download everything attached below

  • Send your TeamViewer ID and Password so we can create a spot for you in our schedule.

  • Be in front of the computer with your phone in hand while we take care of the rest for you, if you dont have all files downloaded and everything ready or either you are not in front of the pc, after 5 minutes we going to continue with the next customer and you have to wait all over again.

  • Order proccessing time may vary on how many customers are on waiting line, it can be from 5 minutes to 2 hours, if you cant wait please do not order, so we strongly suggest to ask first through the chat about time or schedule, that means no refund or cancelations for orders placed because you cant wait, you didnt read, didnt ask first or you are in a rush.

  • Is this a permanent unlock? Yes.
  • Is rooting my device required? No.
  • If I factory reset my device will the unlock be lost? Some devices dont lose the unlock after factory reset, but devices in latest updates cant be factory reset or updated so ask first!
  • What are your operating hours? From 10AM to 7PM Eastern Standard Time, on  Daylight Saving time we work from 9am to 6pm.
