we don't accept returns based on sizing or costume materials. or change mind. Returns are only accepted for defective products.

Return Policy Details

1. Most of our items are costumes , Jewelry , custom handmade items, Accessories - which are NOT RETURNABLE.
2. If a return is authorized for any reason other than a defect/listing error, the buyer will be refunded the purchasing price less a 15% handling fee upon arrival of the return, shipping costs will NOT BE reimbursed. Additionally, the item must be returned in the original packaging in the same condition as sent. (unless we won't accept the return)
3. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR SIZING ISSUES. Please make sure you either try on the item at a local store or consult the manufacturer's size chart. We are not responsible for errors on manufacturer size estimates.

-Payment

Payment must be made in full before your order is completed and shipped. NYfashionstar accepts PayPal. Paypal.com is a free online service that allows you to pay using a credit card, debit card, or a bank account.

-Shipping

We carefully inspect the item before shipment.

PitaPats Items ships worldwide via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping is calculated at check-out. Please allow approximately 1-2 business days after placing an order for it to be shipped. You will be notified via e-mail when your order ships; after this date, please allow First Class Mail 1 week for domestic delivery and 3-6 weeks for international delivery. Please allow Priority Mail 2-3 days for domestic delivery and 2 weeks for international delivery. Priority Mail is not a guaranteed form of delivery. If you package arrives later than the approximate time frame listed above, it is out of our control. We cannot offer a refund if your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date.

-Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase, and we want you to love your PitaPats purchase. If, however, you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, you may return a new Items (exectp Jewelry) within 7 days of receipt for the full purchase price minus shipping.

If you purchase a Jewelry, it is non-refundable and a final sale purchase.

If you purchase any earrings, they are non-refundable and a final sale purchase.

To make a return, you MUST contact us within 7 days of receipt, confirmed via the Delivery Confirmation date on your package. Purchases may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We absolutely do NOT accept returns after 7 days. We strictly enforce this policy, and so it is important that you contact us via e-mail as soon as possible after receiving your order.

All Bags , Shoes, Hair Accessories, Clothings must be returned unworn and undamaged, and in the original packaging. All returns are subject to NYfashionstar, and we reserve the right to refuse to restock and refund items that we cannot regard as new.

Returns will be refunded at your purchase price, minus the shipping charge. Refunds are issued in the same manner as payment was made, via credit card, gift card, or Paypal payment. If you opt for a refund, the appropriate reward point will be deducted from your account.

To submit a return request, Use Contat us by Ebay Message (contact seller), and we will reply as soon as possible. Any e-mails received during the weekend will be answered the following Monday. When submitting your request, include your name, address, order number, and the reason for return; please be sure to include this same information inside the return package. You are responsible for return shipping to PitaPats.
