Mikuni 40 PHH Performance Carburetor Gaskets Rebuild Kit - For One Mikuni 40 PHH Performance Aftermarket Carburetor. Genuine Mikuni #Z70-1040. Made in Japan. One kit required per carburetor. This Mikuni repair kit is for the Aftermarket Mikuni PHH Performance Carburetor referenced in the exploded view and pictured images. The main difference between Mikuni Performance Aftermarket Carburetors and Mikuni/Solex OE carburetors is the Float Chamber Cover. The Float Chamber Cover is item #17, the Float Chamber Cover Gasket is item #18 in the exploded view. Please be sure your Float Chamber Cover Gasket matches the gasket pictured. To identify the size of Mikuni/Solex PHH Carburetor, the Throttle Plate (Throttle Valve) of a 44 PHH carburetor will be stamped 175. A 40 PHH carburetor will be stamped 165. Please match the items pictured in this gasket kit with your Mikuni/Solex PHH carburetor type and size, prior to ordering. Items in this kit may fit some Mikuni Solex applications, please refer to picture of items for comparison. Note:This Mikuni kit does not include the Pump Diaphragm (Item #52) or Figure Eight O-Rings, these items are available in our package Ebay listing. Each carburetor requires one Pump Diaphragm and two Figure Eight O-rings.
