This coin is bright, clean, with very sharp detail, and a bright shine on the field.  This American Eagle Silver Eagle is graded a perfect MS 70 by Professional Coin Grading Service.  Serial number may differ from one pictured. Serial numbers may vary due to inventory.  

According to the US Mint the a number of Silver Eagles were produced at the SF Mint to augment the main production at the West Point mint. These coins did not have a mint mark and could only be id by the band or serial number on the monster boxes produced by each mint and sent to the grading company. There were SF silver eagle dollars produced in 2011 thru 2014. 
 
Between 2014 and 2017, the West Point Mint produced nearly 108 million American Silver Eagles, while the Philadelphia and San Francisco Mints produced nearly 17 million.

Design

The “Walking Liberty” design for the silver American Eagle comes from an older American coin, the half-dollar designed by Adolph Weinman and first issued in 1916. Many consider the Walking Liberty half-dollar the United States’ most beautiful silver coins. Designed by John Mercanti, the reverse shows the Great Seal of the United States, an eagle with shield, carrying an olive branch and arrows in its talons. An inverse pyramid of 13 stars for the original 13 colonies is at top. “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ‘ 1 OZ. FINE SILVER ~ ONE DOLLAR” circles the edge.
