Knosti Disco Antistat washing system

A record washing machine is certainly the best investment a record collector can make.
Using the machine is very simple.

The disc is immersed in the LIQUIDO which dissolves the impurities and fat deposited in the groove.

Two opposite brushes contribute to the washing operation by retaining and cleaning the furrows. 

At the end of the washing operation, the disc is placed to drain on a disc-drainer provided.

Finally, the LIQUIDO is filtered and recovered for future washing (filters and funnel SONO also supplied).

The machine is equipped with a liter of LIQUIDO which is normally sufficient for washing approximately 150-200 discs.

Usage Notes:
The effectiveness of this machine is really guaranteed thanks to the "soaking" system that allows all encrustations to be dissolved from the grooves.

Certainly its effectiveness is commensurate with the soaking time and the number of rotations. If you have a little patience you can try to leave the discs (at least the ones you care most about) for several minutes turning it from time to time.

It is therefore advisable to rotate the disc both clockwise and anticlockwise so that the brushes can "comb" the grooves in both directions.

Some users see the major limitation of the machine in the lack of a vacuum drying system.
Of course you can't expect much more at this price, however the advice is to rinse the discs with distilled water (absolutely avoid running water!) In order to favor the detachment of the particulates.

This is especially recommended if your discs SONO several years old and have accumulated a lot of dirt.
Some audiophiles use two Knosti machines to speed up the washing process. The first filled with cleaning LIQUIDO and the second with distilled water for rinsing.
The results in this case SONO really guaranteed.

Attention: The machine and the LIQUIDO SONO absolutely safe for vinyl.

Many collectors all over the MONDO have been using it for years with extremely satisfactory results.

The supplied LIQUIDO has been clinically tested.

Even old 10 "78s and 45s can be washed with the Knosti machine.
