Fit: Fast Twist 3.0

Simply select from the menu above the number of individual spikes you need, and select if you require a spike wrench or not.

This new fastening system replaces the original Fast-Twist and Tri-Lok. It is lighter and thinner and fits all shoes with the following threads:

FAST TWIST

TRI-LOK

TOUR-LOK

SLIM-LOK

If you are unsure what thread you require please message us and we'll be happy to help. There is a cleat replacement guide amongst the picture.

The pictured wrench is only included if selected.

Fitting is very easy:

1 - Before fitting remove excess mud & debris from receptacle

2. Thread new spike into receptacle by hand lining up the outer ring on spike with outer ring on shoe and pushing into place.

3. Use any 2 pin wrench (not supplied unless selected) and turn until the spike clicks 2 times, locking it into place.

The ultimate spike - the comfort of soft spikes with the added traction the spike provides.

These spikes are sent to you loose (keeps postage costs down)

Delivery Information

If payment is made before 1pm we ship the same working day.

Smaller items are sent daily via the Royal Mail. Larger items such as golf clubs are sent via ParcelForce or MyHermes.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your item you have 30 days to return it.

We ask that you go through official ebay channels if you wish to return an item. This way paypal automatically refunds your paypal account and we get the ebay / PayPal fees refunded.

To do this go to Purchased Items > Click 'More Action' on the right hand side of the item you wish to return > Return this item.
