Hole sizes of the rings are "nominal" meaning they are "named" to fit the screw or bolt so a 1/4 inch hole terminal will fit a 1/4 inch screw and so on. 
22-18 AWG are Red and available in 3/8, 5/16, 1/4, #10, #8 and #6 holes
16-14 AWG are Blue and available in 3/8, 5/16, 1/4, #10, #8 and #6 holes
12-10 AWG are Yellow and available in 1/2, 3/8, 5/16, 1/4, #10, #8 and #6 holes
