All items are dispatched within 1 business day of your payment being received (excluding weekends and holidays). Direct collection from our warehouse unit is also available on appointment. We will send to your address provided on eBay. If you need change your delivery address please let us know in the first place as soon as you place an order from us.
EU shipping is available for most of our products. For bulk purchase you may need make an inquiry with regards to the freight cost to your home country. We will do our best to save your money. Shipping insurance is an option availble on all our listings.

We are working hard to ensure our items arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged, customers should contact us within 14 days of receipt when we will arrange a replacement. If you simply change your mind, we are happy to refund your payment, provided the products are returned to us with 14 days of your receipt, in the original packing and in a re-saleable condition. We regret however, that we will not refund your return postage costs in this case.
