This is a previously owned 1983 HASBRO GI JOE MANTA MARINE ASSAULT NAUTICAL TRANSPORT AIRDRIVEN with Blueprints/Instructions. The sail has some wear from play, see picture #7. Backpack is here for GI JOE to carry MANTA on his back, the machine gun and the machine gun remote control are included also and the rocket..  Only one owner. Please review the pictures to see this up close.  I do not have the original box.
