Delivery is FREE and FAST using our standard economy courier service.

Please make sure your full address is complete and up to date on your order.

We cannot deliver if your address is incorrect or incomplete.

Orders sent via our courier service will have tracking details uploaded by the morning following dispatch. Small items are sent via Royal Mail and will be delivered within the Royal Mail 2nd class service aim.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, we'll be happy to help you.

We will need a photograph of the damaged item and the packaging to process your claim.

Change of mind

If you'd like to return an order, we ask that it is sent back to us in perfect resaleable condition in the original packing. In the case of a change of mind, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage or delivery costs. You will need to request a return via the eBay returns option within your account. We will approve this as quickly as possible.

Exception: custom made or personalised items can't be returnes unless faulty. Damaged personalised items will be replaced not refunded.
