You are buying twenty five (25) NEW fasteners. They are 10-24 nuts with neoprene sealer for Chrysler vehicles with 10-24 threaded studs. They have a 5/8" OD flange and a 3/8" hex. They have a bonded neoprene sealer attached to the nut. Please note that these nuts are for a "threaded stud" only.
