 y2007 Top Tuning Digital Brushless Big Scale Servo V2, high quality
Das Brushless Big Scale ist ein extrem robustes Digital Servo, mit einem Hochleistungs Brushless Motor, in absoluter Premiumqualität, mit einem kompletten (!) Aluminium-Gehäuse, zur optimalen Wärmeableitung in der 2er Version mit aufwendigen Kühlrippen, und einem Metallgetriebe sowie mit hochwertigem 30 cm langen Silikonkabel ausgestattet.
Wo man bei anderen Hochleistungsservos noch einen Aludeckel, bzw. Getriebegehäuse, aus dem Tuningprogramm hinzukaufen muss, ist das Brushless Big Scale Servo bereits mit einem Ganzmetallgehäuse und vor allen Dingen mit einem Aluminiumdeckel, bei dem die Getriebezwischenwellen in speziellen Lagerbuchsen laufen, ausgerüstet!
Diese Lagerung im Metallgehäusedeckel garantiert natürlich eine wesentlich längere Standzeit des kompletten Getriebes, als bei einem Kunststoffdeckel!
Defekte Getriebe sind bekanntlich der mit Abstand häufigste Ausfallgrund; insbesondere bei den hochbelasteten Servos in 1:5/1:6er RC-Cars!
Aber auch bei 1:8ter und 1:10er Race-Cars, bei denen hocheffiziente und konstante Lenkkräfte sowie extreme Schnelligkeit bei hoher Standfestigkeit gefordert werden, ist das Brushless Big Scale Servo die allererste Wahl!
Auch das Wegbrechen der Befestigungslaschen am Servodeckel ist beim Brushless Big Scale Servo praktisch ausgeschlossen.

The brushless Big Scale servo is an extremely robust digital servo, with a high performance brushless motor, in absolute premium quality, with a full aluminum case for optimal heat dissipation in the 2-version with elaborate cooling fins, metal gears and equipped with high-quality 30 cm long silicone insulated cable.
Where with other high-performance servos you still have to buy an aluminum top or case as third party options, the brushless Big Scale servo already comes with a full metal case, and above all, the aluminum to features special bushings for the intermediate shafts!
Of course, the support from a metal top cover guarantees a much longer service life of the complete gearbox, than with a plastic version!
Defective gears are known to be the most frequent cause of failure; especially for highly stressed servos in 1/5 and 1/6 cars!
The brushless Big Scale servo is also the first choice for 1/8 and 1/10 race cars, where fast reaction times and high steering forces bring up the demand for an extremely fast and reliable servo!
Also, servo mounting tab breakage on the servo cover is virtually impossible with the brushless Big Scale servo.
